A/B Testing

A/B testing is a method where you compare two variants of something (e.g., an email, chat message, or landing page) to see which one performs better.

In A/B testing, you create two versions of the same element — version A and version B — and show each version to a portion of your audience. By measuring which variant performs better (more clicks, more conversions, higher satisfaction), you make decisions based on data instead of assumptions.

In customer service, you can apply A/B testing to welcome messages in your live chat, the text of automatic replies, the wording of CSAT questions, or the order of FAQ articles in your help center.

The goal is always the same: discover what works best for your customers and continuously improve your service based on measurable results.
