Connect your existing email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) to Bugalou. All incoming emails appear in your shared team inbox where your team can collaborate on responses.

Which email providers are supported?

We support Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365 and any email provider that supports IMAP/SMTP. You can connect multiple accounts simultaneously.

Can multiple team members share one inbox?

Yes. Multiple agents can access the same email inbox, assign conversations, leave internal notes and collaborate on replies — all without duplicate responses.

Does it support email threading?

Yes. Bugalou automatically groups email replies into conversation threads, so your team always sees the full context of every customer interaction.

Can I use my existing email address?

Absolutely. You keep using your current email addresses — customers see replies from your familiar address, not a generic support@ address (unless you want that).

How is email security handled?

All email connections use encrypted protocols (TLS/SSL). For Gmail and Outlook, we use OAuth2 authentication — we never store your email password.
