Go to Settings → Channels → Shopify and click "Connect". You'll be redirected to the Shopify App Store to install the Bugalou app. After installation, order data is immediately available.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API? Yes. The WhatsApp Business API (via Meta) is required for business use with multiple team members. Bugalou helps you with the application and setup.
