Email Deliverability

Email deliverability is the percentage of sent emails that actually reach the recipient's inbox, instead of landing in spam or not arriving at all.

Email deliverability measures how many of your sent emails actually reach the recipient's inbox. Even a technically correct email can land in spam due to poor sender reputation, missing authentication, or too many complaints.

Key technical factors include SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, a clean sending list, and consistent sending volumes. For customer service, this is critical: if your replies land in spam, the customer thinks you're not responding.

Bugalou sends emails through authenticated, monitored infrastructure, so your customer service replies and automated emails reliably reach your customers' inboxes.
