Plan Tiers

Bugalou offers three plan tiers, each with different limits and features:

Starter (from €49/month)

• Conversations: 1,000 or 2,500 per month
• AI Messages: Not included
• Automations: Max 5 active
• Chat History: 30 days
• Team Members: 1 included (extra: €12/user/month)
• Features: Basic inbox, contacts, channels, and templates

Pro (from €109/month)

• Conversations: 1,000 to 10,000 per month
• AI Messages: 3,000 to 30,000 per month
• Automations: Unlimited
• Chat History: Unlimited
• Team Members: 1 included (extra: €12/user/month)
• Features: Everything in Starter + AI chatbot, advanced analytics, priority support

Enterprise (custom pricing)

• Conversations: Unlimited
• AI Messages: Custom
• Automations: Unlimited
• Team Members: Unlimited
• Features: Everything in Pro + dedicated account manager, personal onboarding, SLA

Dashboard Usage Cards

On the Dashboard Overview, the Plan Limits section shows four cards displaying your current usage:

Team Members

Shows "X / Y Members" — how many team members you have vs. your limit. Click "Buy more seats" to add more.

Contacts

Shows "X / Y Contacts" — your current contact count vs. limit. Limits: Starter 1,000 · Pro 10,000 · Enterprise Unlimited.

Automations

Shows "X / Y Active" — active automations vs. limit. Starter allows up to 5 active automations. Pro and Enterprise have unlimited.

AI Messages

Shows a progress bar with "X / Y used". When you reach 80%, you'll see a yellow warning. At 100%, the AI agent stops responding until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.

When to Upgrade

Consider upgrading when:

• You're approaching your conversation limit
• You need the AI chatbot (Pro plan and above)
• You need more than 5 automations
• You need unlimited chat history
• You want priority support

Upgrade anytime from Settings (gear icon) → Billing & usage.
