Creating Your Account & Choosing a Plan
Register for Bugalou, verify your email, and choose the right plan for your business — Starter, Pro, or Enterprise.
Create Your Account
Getting started with Bugalou takes just a few minutes. Go to bugalou.com/register and fill in the registration form:
- Full Name — your first and last name
- Email — your work email address
- Password — minimum 8 characters
- Confirm Password — re-enter your password
Click "Create Account" to register.
Verify Your Email
After registering, you'll receive a verification email. Click the verification link in the email to activate your account. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or click "Resend Verification Email" on the login page.
Invited Users
If you received an invitation link from a team member, click that link to go to the registration page. Your email will be pre-filled and locked — just set your name and password.
Choose Your Plan
After logging in, you can select a subscription plan. Visit bugalou.com/pricing or go to Settings (gear icon) → Billing & usage in the dashboard.

Billing
- Monthly or Yearly billing (yearly saves ~10%)
- Extra team members: €12/user/month
- Payment via credit card or invoice (Enterprise)
- 14-day free trial available on Starter and Pro plans
Upgrading or Changing Plans
You can upgrade, downgrade, or change billing frequency anytime from Settings (gear icon) → Billing & usage. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
