Inviting Your Team
Add team members to your Bugalou workspace, assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Agent), and manage permissions.
Adding Team Members
Bugalou is built for teams. Invite your colleagues so they can help manage customer conversations. For a complete guide, see Managing Your Team and Roles. Go to Settings (gear icon) → Workspace settings → Team settings.
How to Invite
- Click "Invite Members"
- Enter the team member's email address
- Select their role (Admin, Member, or Agent)
- Click "Send Invitation"
The invited person receives an email with a link to create their account. Their email is pre-filled and locked on the registration page.
Roles & Permissions
| Role | What They Can Do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything — inbox, contacts, automations, analytics, billing, team management, organization settings. Cannot be changed. |
| Admin | Same as Owner — full access to all features including team invites and settings. |
| Member | Access to inbox, contacts, automations, analytics, channels, helpcenter, and AI agent. Cannot manage teams or organization settings. |
| Agent | Inbox and contacts only. Ideal for front-line support staff who only need to reply to messages. |
Team Members Pricing
Your plan includes 1 team member. Additional members cost €12/user/month. You can add more seats from Settings (gear icon) → Billing & usage.
Managing Your Team
On the team page you can:
- View all members — see name, email, role, and status
- Change roles — promote or demote members (Owner/Admin only)
- Remove members — remove access for a team member
- View pending invitations — see who hasn't accepted yet
Tip: Assign Conversations
Once your team is set up, you can assign conversations to specific agents from the inbox. This ensures each team member knows which conversations they're responsible for.
