Creating Your Helpcenter
Build a self-service knowledge base for your customers — create categories, write articles, set up a custom domain, and customize branding.
Helpcenter Overview
The Helpcenter lets you build a customer-facing knowledge base so your customers can find answers without contacting support. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Navigate to it via Helpcenter in the sidebar.
Enabling the Helpcenter
At the top of the page you'll find the Helpcenter active toggle. Switch it on to make your knowledge base publicly accessible.
