AI Reply Suggestions

Stuck on how to respond? Let AI generate 3 professional reply suggestions for any customer message. Available on the Pro plan and higher. Also check out how the AI website chatbot works for automated customer responses.

How It Works

1. Find the customer message you want to respond to
2. Click the "✨ AI" button next to the message timestamp
3. A modal opens: "💡 AI Suggesties"
4. Wait a moment while the AI analyzes the conversation
5. 3 numbered suggestions appear — each in its own card
6. Click a suggestion to insert it into your composer
7. Edit as needed and send

Smart Context

The AI doesn't just look at the one message — it considers:

• Last 10 messages — full conversation context
• Contact name — for personalized greetings
• Helpcenter articles — your knowledge base articles are searched for relevant info, so suggestions include accurate answers from your own documentation
• Platform — email suggestions include proper greetings and sign-offs; chat suggestions are more concise

Regenerating Suggestions

Not happy with the options? Click the refresh icon in the modal to generate 3 new suggestions. Each regeneration counts as 1 AI message toward your monthly limit.

AI Text Enhancement

Already typed a reply but want to polish it? Use the AI Enhance feature to improve your text instantly.

In Chat Composer

Click the ✨ sparkle icon next to the send button. Your text is instantly rewritten in a professional tone.

In Email Composer

Click the "🪄 Verbeter" button above the text area. Your drafted email is enhanced to professional quality.

The default mode is "Professional", but the AI supports 5 modes:

Usage Tracking

Each AI action (suggestion request or text enhancement) counts as 1 AI message. On the Pro plan, AI messages are unlimited — there is no monthly cap.
