AI Messages by Plan
AI messages are unlimited on the Pro plan and above — just like Enterprise. There are no per-message costs or overage charges. AI-generated responses (chatbot replies, reply suggestions, text enhancements, and email categorizations) are all included.

What Counts as an AI Message?
Every AI action increments your usage counter:
- Website chatbot response — each AI reply to a visitor = 1 message
- AI reply suggestion — each set of 3 suggestions = 1 message
- AI text enhancement — each text rewrite = 1 message
- AI email categorization — each email analyzed = 1 message
Tracking Your Usage
While AI messages are unlimited, you can still monitor your usage for insights:

The dashboard overview shows your AI usage statistics alongside your other plan metrics in Settings (gear icon) → Billing & usage.
Tips for Optimal AI Usage
Even though AI is unlimited, here are some tips for best results:
- Optimize FAQ items — good FAQ coverage helps the AI give more accurate chatbot responses
- Set auto-escalation appropriately — configure when conversations should be handed off to a human agent (e.g., auto-escalate after 3 AI replies)
- Train with knowledge base — the more help articles you add, the smarter the AI becomes
- Review AI suggestions — always proofread AI-generated text before sending to customers
