What Is the Admin Panel?

The Admin Panel is available to Bugalou team members and gives you full control over enterprise plan configuration. From here you can search for organizations, assign plans, and set up dedicated account managers.

Where to Find It

Navigate to Settings → Organization Settings → Admin. This page is only visible to authorized Bugalou team members.

Enterprise Setup

The Enterprise Setup section lets you configure an organization with an enterprise-level plan:

1. Search for an organization — Type at least 2 characters to search by name
2. Select the organization — Click on the result to load its details
3. Set the plan — Choose between starter, professional, or enterprise
4. Assign an Account Manager — Fill in the name, email, and phone number of the dedicated account manager
5. Save — Click the save button to apply the configuration

Account Manager Details

When an organization is assigned a dedicated account manager, the following fields are stored:

Field	Description
Name	Full name of the account manager
Email	Contact email for direct support
Phone	Phone number for urgent matters

These details are visible to the organization in their Organization Settings page.
