Organization Settings
Manage your organization name, logo, dedicated account manager details, and support access settings.
Accessing Organization Settings
Navigate to Settings → Organization Settings → Organization. This page lets you manage your company's core profile information.
Organization Profile
Company Name
Your organization name is displayed throughout the platform — in the sidebar, team views, and email notifications. You can update it at any time.
Company Logo
Upload your company logo (JPG, JPEG, or PNG format). The logo appears in:
- The sidebar navigation
- Your customer-facing help center
- Email communication headers
Click the upload area or drag and drop a file to change your logo.
Dedicated Account Manager
Enterprise plan organizations may have a dedicated account manager assigned. If your organization has one, you'll see their details:

Support Access
The Grant Support Access toggle lets you control whether the Bugalou support team can access your workspace data for troubleshooting purposes. When enabled, our team can view your conversations and settings to help resolve issues faster.
