Overview

The Zapier integration lets you connect Bugalou with over 5,000 apps — it's one of the most powerful integrations available. Sync orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, and other platforms through webhook-based triggers. Navigate to Settings (gear icon) → Workspace settings → Integrations → Zapier.

Your API Key

On the Zapier settings page you'll find your API Key (Widget Key) — a read-only key displayed in a monospace text field. Click "Copy" to copy it. You'll need this key in your Zapier webhook configuration.

What Can You Do

• Order Tracking — sync orders from any e-commerce platform
• Shipping Updates — send tracking codes automatically
• Order Status — update delivery status in real-time
• Chatbot Integration — customers can check orders via chat

Zapier supports connections with: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Custom Platforms, and 5,000+ more apps.

Setting It Up

1. Go to Zapier Webhooks
2. Create a new Zap with Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger
3. Configure the webhook to send order data to Bugalou's endpoint
4. Use your API Key (Widget Key) for authentication
5. Map the order fields from your e-commerce platform

Statistics

The Zapier page shows three statistics cards:

• Total Orders — all orders received via Zapier
• Last 24 Hours — orders in the past day
• Last 7 Days — orders in the past week

Using in Automations

In the Automation builder, select ⚡ Zapier as the trigger type to use Zapier events:

• Shopify - New Order
• Shopify - Order Fulfilled
• Stripe - Payment Received
• Custom Webhook

Important

You can only connect one e-commerce platform at a time. If you use Zapier for Shopify orders, you cannot simultaneously use a direct WooCommerce connection.
