Workspace Information
View and manage your workspace identity, organization details, business profile, and statistics.
Overview
The Workspace Information page gives you a complete overview of your workspace identity, organization details, and business profile. You can view read-only identifiers and edit general information if you have admin or owner permissions.
Navigate to Settings → Workspace → Workspace Info to access this page.
Workspace Identity
The identity section shows unique, read-only identifiers for your workspace:
- Workspace ID — The unique internal identifier for your workspace. Used in API calls and integrations.
- Organization Code — A 6-digit code for easy reference and support requests.
- Slug — The URL-friendly identifier for your workspace.
- Plan — Your current subscription plan (Starter, Professional, Advanced, or Enterprise).
- Created on — The date your workspace was created.
You can copy any identifier to your clipboard by clicking the copy button next to it.
General Information
Edit the core details of your workspace:
- Workspace Name — The display name for your workspace (required, max 100 characters).
- Description — A short description of your workspace or organization (optional, max 500 characters).
- Website — Your organization's website URL.
Only users with the Admin or Owner role can edit these fields. Members and agents can view but not modify them.
Business Profile
Provide more context about your organization:
- Industry — Select from 16 industry categories (Technology, E-commerce, SaaS, Healthcare, etc.).
- Company Size — Your approximate team size, from solo to 1,000+ employees.
- Customer Type — Your business model: B2C, B2B, B2B2C, or D2C.
This information helps Bugalou optimize recommendations and benchmarks for your workspace.
Owner & Statistics
The bottom section displays:
- Workspace Owner — The name and email of the workspace owner.
- Members — Total number of team members.
- Conversations — Total number of conversations across all channels.
- Contacts — Total number of contacts in your database.
Saving Changes
After editing, click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom to persist your updates. Changes take effect immediately across the workspace.
Multiple Workspaces
Did you know you can create and manage multiple workspaces from one account? Each workspace has its own plan, team, conversations, and settings. Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to switch between workspaces or create a new one.
