Overview

The Automations dashboard is your central hub for creating and managing automated workflows. Navigate to Automations in the sidebar to get started.

Plan Requirements

Automations require a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise). Free plan users see a locked screen with a padlock icon and a link to upgrade. Some features like Interactive Menus and Email templates require the Pro plan.

Dashboard Layout

Your automations are displayed as full-width cards stacked vertically. The top bar has two buttons:

• 📚 Browse Templates — opens the template library with 23+ pre-built automations
• + New Automation — opens the visual builder with a blank canvas

Automation Cards

Each automation card shows:

• Name — the workflow name you chose
• Status badge — ● Active (green) or ● Inactive (gray)
• WhatsApp template badge — approval status:
  • ✅ APPROVED — template approved by Meta, ready to send
  • ⏳ PENDING — under Meta review
  • ❌ REJECTED — needs revision
• 📧 Email template badge — shown if the automation includes an email action
• Description — brief explanation of what the automation does
• Trigger type — e.g., "Order Received", "Order Updated", "Package Shipped"
• Message info — "Template: order_bevestiging ✅ APPROVED" or "Free text"
• Delay — "Immediately", "1 hour", "3 hours", "2 days"

Card Actions

• ✏️ Edit — opens the automation in the visual builder
• Activate / Deactivate — toggle the automation on or off
• Delete — permanently remove the automation (with confirmation dialog)

Empty State

If you haven't created any automations yet, you'll see a visual workflow illustration with two options:

• "Start From Scratch" — opens the blank builder
• "Start With A Template" — opens the template library

Creating Your First Automation

1. Click "+ New Automation" or "Start From Scratch"
2. The Visual Builder opens with a blank canvas
3. Or click "📚 Browse Templates" → select a template → "Use Template"
4. The builder opens with the template pre-configured
5. Customize your workflow, then save and activate
