Monitor individual user performance, response times, and activity metrics.
Users Analytics
The Users analytics page shows individual performance metrics for each team member. Navigate to Analytics → Users.
Key Metrics per User
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Conversations Handled | Number of conversations each user participated in |
| Messages Sent | Total outbound messages per user |
| Average Response Time | How quickly each user responds to messages |
| Resolutions | Number of conversations closed by each user |
Time Range Selection
Use the time range buttons in the header to switch between different periods. This is separate from the global analytics filters.
Use Cases
- Identify team members who may need additional support or training
- Recognize high-performing agents
- Balance workload across your team
