SMS Analytics
The SMS analytics page provides detailed insights into your SMS messaging activity. Navigate to Analytics → SMS to access this page.
Note: SMS messaging is available on Pro and Enterprise plans only. Starter plan users will see an upgrade prompt on this page.
Key Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Messages | Total SMS messages sent and received in the selected period, with growth percentage vs. the previous period |
| Inbound | SMS messages received from customers |
| Outbound | SMS messages sent by your team |
| Delivered | Messages successfully delivered to the recipient |
| Failed | Messages that could not be delivered |
| Delivery Rate | Percentage of sent messages that were successfully delivered |
Messages Over Time
A stacked bar chart shows inbound (blue) and outbound (green) SMS volume per day. Hover over a bar to see the exact date and counts. Use this to spot messaging trends and seasonal patterns.
Peak Hours
A vertical bar chart showing which hours of the day have the most SMS activity. Each bar represents one hour (0-23). This helps you understand when customers are most likely to reach out via SMS.
Status Breakdown
Cards showing the delivery status of your messages:
- Sent — Messages sent but not yet confirmed
- Delivered — Messages confirmed as delivered
- Read — Messages confirmed as read by the recipient
- Failed — Messages that could not be delivered
- Pending — Messages queued for delivery
- Received — Inbound messages from customers
Top Contacts
A ranked list of contacts with the most SMS messages, showing each contact's name, phone number, and total message count. Useful for identifying your most active SMS conversations.
Filters
Use the filters at the top to customize your view:
- Time range — Today, 7 days, 30 days, month, previous month, or year
