The Messages analytics page provides insights into your messaging volume across all channels. Navigate to Analytics → Messages.

Key Metrics

Metric	Description
Total Messages	All messages sent and received in the selected period
Inbound Messages	Messages received from customers
Outbound Messages	Messages sent by your team or chatbot

Messages by Platform

See how your message volume is distributed across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, and Website Chat. This helps you understand which channels are most active.
