Conversations Analytics
The Conversations analytics page gives you a detailed view of your conversation volume and trends. Navigate to Analytics → Conversations to access this page.
Key Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Conversations | Total number of conversations in the selected period |
| New Conversations | Conversations started during the selected period |
| Closed Conversations | Conversations resolved during the selected period |
| Chatbot Conversations | Conversations handled by the AI chatbot |
Conversations Over Time
A visual chart shows new, closed, and chatbot conversations over the selected time range. Use this to identify trends, peak periods, and seasonal patterns.
Conversation Status
See the breakdown of your conversations by current status — open, closed, pending, and assigned. This helps you understand your team's workload at a glance.
Filters
Use the filters at the top to customize your view:
- Time range — Today, 7 days, 30 days, month, previous month, or year
- Platform — Filter by WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, or Website Chat
