Contacts Analytics
The Contacts analytics page provides insights into your contact base growth and activity. Navigate to Analytics → Contacts.
Key Metrics

| Total Contacts | Total number of contacts in your workspace |
| New Contacts | Contacts added during the selected period |
| Active Contacts | Contacts who sent messages during the selected period |
Top Contacts
See your most active contacts ranked by message count. This helps identify high-engagement customers who may need priority attention.
