Accessing Advanced Settings

Navigate to Settings → Organization Settings → Advanced. This page contains sensitive data management operations.

Data Retention

Configure how long your conversation data is stored. Set the retention period in days — conversations older than this period can be automatically cleaned up.

Delete Old Conversations

Remove conversations older than 1 year to keep your workspace clean. This operation:

• Permanently deletes all conversations created more than 365 days ago
• Includes all associated messages and attachments
• Cannot be undone

You'll be asked to confirm before the deletion proceeds.

Delete All Conversations

Remove all conversations from your workspace. This is a destructive operation that:

• Permanently deletes every conversation, message, and contact
• Resets your conversation history completely
• Requires typing DELETE to confirm

Data Export

Export your conversation data for backup or migration purposes. Exported data includes conversations, messages, contacts, and metadata in a structured format.

Important Notes

• All deletion operations are permanent and irreversible
• Consider exporting your data before performing deletions
• Only organization owners and admins can access these settings
