Settings Overview

Click the Settings gear icon in the sidebar to access all settings. The popup is organized into sections.

Organization Settings

Go to Settings (gear icon) → Organization settings to manage your organization. The hub page provides access to:

• Organization Information — update company name, logo, and grant support access
• Billing & usage — manage your plan and payment
• Advanced Settings — data retention, export, and danger zone
• Security & Compliance — 2FA enforcement, audit logs, GDPR

Organization Information

Update your Company Name and Logo (upload PNG or JPG, max 2MB). You can also toggle "Grant Support Access" to allow the Bugalou team to help troubleshoot your account.

Billing & Usage

Go to Settings (gear icon) → Organization settings → Billing & usage.

Current Plan

See your current plan, billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly — save 10%), amount, and status. Click "Cancel Subscription" if needed.

Team Member Seats

On Starter and Pro plans, you can add extra team member seats at €12/month each. Enter the number and click "Add". You can also manage or remove extra seats.

Upgrading

Browse available plans in the "Upgrade your plan" section:

• Starter — from €49/month, 500-1,500 conversations, unlimited WhatsApp connections
• Pro (Popular) — from €109/month, 500-1,500 conversations, unlimited WhatsApp connections, AI chatbot, unlimited automations

Select your conversation tier and click "Upgrade to [Plan]". See the pricing page for a full comparison of all plans.

Finance

Navigate to Finance in the sidebar for invoice and payment management. Click "Open Billing Portal" to access the Stripe Billing Portal where you can view invoices, manage payment methods, update your billing address, and manage your subscription.

Personal Settings

Go to Settings (gear icon) → Personal settings to manage your profile.

Profile

• Profile photo — click your photo to upload a new one (.jpg, .jpeg, .png)
• Full Name and Phone Number — editable fields
• Email Address — shown but cannot be changed (contact support if needed)
• Email verification — verify your email or resend the verification email

Theme

Choose from three theme options: Use system setting, Light, or Dark.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security to your account:

1. Click "Enable 2FA"
2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (or enter the secret manually)
3. Enter the 6-digit verification code and click "Submit"
4. Save your backup codes — click "Copy Codes" and then "I have saved them"

To disable 2FA, click "Disable 2FA" and enter your password. For a detailed walkthrough, see Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
