Integrations are spread across several sections:
- Channels (sidebar) — messaging channels and e-commerce connections

Shipping Providers
Bugalou supports direct integrations with shipping providers for real-time tracking updates:
- MyParcel — direct API integration with real-time webhook updates for shipment status changes. Supports automated WhatsApp, email, and SMS notifications with tracking variables like
{{tracking_code}},{{tracking_url}}, and{{shipment_status}}. - Sendcloud — tracking variables available in automation templates
Payments
Bugalou uses Stripe for billing and subscription management. Check our pricing page for plan details. Access the Stripe Billing Portal via Finance in the sidebar to manage invoices, payment methods, and subscriptions.
