Customer Health Score

A customer health score is a composite score indicating how healthy a customer relationship is, and whether there's a risk of churn.

A customer health score combines multiple signals — such as product usage, support tickets, payment behavior, and CSAT scores — into a single indicator showing how "healthy" a customer relationship is. A low score signals churn risk.

The goal is early warning: instead of only reacting once a customer cancels, a health score flags declining engagement so a team can proactively step in with extra support.

By combining signals like repeat support inquiries, declining CSAT scores, and conversation frequency, Bugalou gives teams input to identify customers with a risky health score early.
