Install the free plugin "Bugalou Live Chat" via Plugins → Add New in your WordPress admin.

Step 1

In Bugalou, go to Channels → Website chat → Installation and click "Copy key" in the "Widget key" box at the top.

Step 2

Paste the key in WordPress under Settings → Bugalou Live Chat, tick "Show the chat widget on my site" and save.

Step 3
