What Is the Zapier Integration?
The Zapier integration connects Bugalou with over 5,000 apps — including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, and many more. Use it to automatically sync orders, customer data, and events between your tools.
Where to Find It
Navigate to Settings → Workspace Settings → Integrations → Zapier.
Getting Started
Your API Key
Every Bugalou workspace has a unique API key (widget key) that Zapier uses to authenticate. You'll find it displayed on the Zapier integration page — click Copy to copy it to your clipboard.
Setting Up a Zap
- Go to zapier.com and create a new Zap
- Choose your trigger app (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Select Bugalou as your action app
- Paste your API key when prompted
- Map the fields (order number, customer name, email, etc.)
- Test and activate your Zap

Statistics
The Zapier page shows real-time statistics about your integration:
- Orders synced — Total number of orders received via Zapier
- Last sync — When the most recent order was received
