Team Performance Leaderboard
The Team Performance page provides a gamified leaderboard view of your team's performance. Navigate to Analytics → Team Performance.
Performance Rankings
Team members are ranked based on a composite performance score that factors in:
- Conversations handled — Number of conversations participated in
- Messages sent — Volume of outbound messages
- Response time — Average time to respond to customers
- Resolutions — Number of conversations successfully closed
Detailed Breakdowns
Click on any team member to see a detailed breakdown of their activity, including daily trends, platform distribution, and comparison with team averages.
Time Range
Use the time range buttons to compare performance across different periods — useful for weekly or monthly reviews. For a general overview, see the Analytics & Reports guide.
