AI Agent — Product Feed
Connect your product catalog so your AI agent can answer questions about products, prices, and availability.
Overview
The product feed gives your AI agent access to your product catalog. This allows the agent to answer questions like "Do you have this in size M?", "What is the price of X?" or "Is Y in stock?"
Connecting a Product Feed
- Open your agent and click Product feed in the sidebar.
- Enter your product feed URL (Shopify, WooCommerce, or any standard feed format).
- Click Fetch to import the products.
- Click Synchronise to keep the feed up to date.

- Shopify product feed
- WooCommerce REST feed
- Google Merchant Center XML
- Custom JSON/XML feeds
Tips
- Re-synchronise regularly so the agent always has current pricing and stock information.
- The agent uses the product feed in combination with your knowledge feed and instructions for the most accurate answers.
