Test your AI agent in a sandbox environment before going live.
Overview
The Playground lets you have a test conversation with your AI agent before activating it on real channels. Use it to verify that the agent gives correct, on-brand answers.
Using the Playground
- Open your agent and click Playground in the sidebar.
- Type a message as if you were a customer.
- Review the agent's response.
- Adjust your instructions, knowledge feed, or product feed if needed and test again.
Tips
- Test with real questions your customers typically ask.
- Check edge cases — questions about returns, sizing, or complaints.
- The playground uses the same knowledge and settings as the live agent.
