AI Agent — Knowledge Feed
Add URLs from your website so the AI agent learns from your existing content and can answer customer questions accurately.
Overview
The knowledge feed lets you add URLs from your website. Bugalou crawls these pages and indexes the content so your AI agent can use it to answer customer questions.
Adding URLs
- Open your agent and click Knowledge feed in the sidebar.
- Enter a URL or sitemap URL in the input field.
- Click Fetch — Bugalou will crawl the URL and index all found pages.
- Click Synchronise to refresh the content.
Sitemap Support
If you enter a sitemap URL (e.g. yoursite.com/sitemap.xml), Bugalou will automatically index all pages listed in the sitemap. This is the fastest way to add your entire website.
Tips
- Add your FAQ page, product pages, and policy pages for the best results.
- Re-synchronise after updating your website content.
- Use the search filter to find specific URLs in large knowledge feeds.
