Overview

Make (formerly Integromat) is a powerful automation platform that connects Bugalou to hundreds of apps — ideal when a native integration is missing or you need a custom workflow.

Connecting via webhook

1. In Make, create a new scenario
2. Add a Webhooks module as the trigger
3. Copy the generated webhook URL
4. In Bugalou, go to Settings → Integrations → Custom Webhook
5. Paste the Make webhook URL and save

From now on, Bugalou sends data to this scenario for the events you chose, which you can then process however you like in Make.

Or: use the Bugalou API

Use the Bugalou REST API as an action in Make to send data from other apps to Bugalou instead — for example to create contacts or update conversations.

• Google Sheets → create a Bugalou contact — a new spreadsheet row automatically creates a contact in Bugalou
• Typeform submission → send a WhatsApp message — after filling out a form, the customer automatically receives a WhatsApp message
• New order in any store → trigger a Bugalou automation — even for storefronts without a native Bugalou integration
• A calendar tool with no native integration — connect any calendar or booking service that supports webhooks using the same approach

Always test a new scenario first with a single, manually triggered test event before going live — that way you immediately see whether the data arrives correctly in Bugalou.
