Connecting HubSpot
Connect HubSpot to Bugalou to sync contacts and deals and manage conversations directly in your CRM.
Overview
The HubSpot integration syncs contacts and deals between HubSpot and Bugalou. All conversations are automatically logged in HubSpot.
Connecting
- Navigate to Channels → HubSpot
- Click "Connect with HubSpot"
- Log in with your HubSpot account and authorize Bugalou
- Select the HubSpot account (if you have multiple portals)
What gets synced
- Contacts — new contacts in Bugalou are created in HubSpot
- Conversations — conversations are logged as activities
- Deals — link conversations to HubSpot deals
Requirements
You'll need a HubSpot account (Free or higher) with administrator access.
