Connect Booking Experts to Bugalou for automated guest communication and booking notifications.
Overview
The Booking Experts integration connects your booking management system to Bugalou for automated guest communication — from booking confirmation to a review request after the stay.
What you'll need
- An active Booking Experts account
- Your Booking Experts API credentials (found in your Booking Experts account settings)
Connecting
- Navigate to Channels → Booking Experts
- Enter your Booking Experts API credentials
- Click "Connect"
What gets synced
- New bookings are automatically detected
- Guest details and stay period are available directly in the conversation
Automations
- Booking confirmation via WhatsApp — right after booking
- Check-in reminder — automatically sent on the day of arrival
- Check-out message — with a thank-you note after the stay
- Review request — a few days after the stay
Disconnecting
To disconnect Booking Experts, go to the integration page in Bugalou and click "Disconnect". Existing conversations remain intact.
